THE IT PLANNING PROCESS

The initial Blueprint is created in just one day. We plan a half-day session with the key individuals in your company to further understand your needs and desires. We then lead you through the framework of The Blueprint and discuss each item related to your business and technology. We compile the information into a document for you to keep. We review and, if necessary, improve the IT Strategy as part of a semi-annual business and technology review.
