Windows Vista - just a little sweeter

Breaking through the silence, Microsoft finally announced their plans to have Vista Service Pack 1 available in the first quarter of 2008.

Just last month, Microsoft began beta testing on Service Pack 1 (SP1) to correct known bugs, problems, and even spruce up a few features for Vista. They have a small group of testers working with the "beta preview" version but hope to use a group of about 10,000 pre-selected testers to work out all the bugs.
