Prior to our Custom Application, we had no way to manage data or registration within our department. We used to spend 6-7 hours per client physically stuffing and mailing envelopes with screening results and now it takes about 15 minutes to upload results for participants. We were able to increase from 75 clients to over 200 active clients within 6 weeks! Having developed our new application has given us an amazing amount of control over our own program and given us incredible flexibility to expand and grow.

I have nothing but 10’s across the board to say about working with the Development team. Our developer was always so responsive – “make this look better” and in 10 minutes it would be 100% better and he didn’t flinch when he saw my email asking for more changes, everything looks so great!

One of the things we ran into with previous consultants we hired to do the new website, they didn’t get us. Bayaud is a complex organization and it feels like our developer got who we are as an organization.
