UCHealth had a big undertaking to take a newly joined health system from many different hospitals and clinics from around Colorado and develop it into one cohesive site. A custom API was developed to interact with a mobile app and a chatbot, fast processing for a large amount of data, event registrations and e-commerce handling, and hosting of the website.
UCHealth partnered with Greystone to rebuild its Events platform into a fully custom system that provides a seamless registration experience for users and robust administrative management for internal teams.
The new Laravel-based platform allows users to browse, register, and pay for events while accessing event details and receiving automated confirmations and reminders.
With support for single and recurring events, dynamic capacity management, waitlists, and walk-in registrations; the platform centralizes event operations while improving administrative efficiency across departments.

First Edition Screenprinting is a Kansas based screenprinting shop who was referred to Greystone by Stronghold, one of our sister companies with New Charter Technologies.
This project focused on redesigning the website to give it an updated look and feel as well as building it in WordPress to allow for easier updates and site maintenance.

LifeHealth is a Colorado-based company that provides healthcare services and staffing for employers and government agencies throughout the nation.
Greystone has partnered with LifeHealth on various other projects; a website redesign and a custom application for their Worksite Wellness program.
This project focused on building a new application to replace their legacy database, which their Provider Network team uses to track and reconcile payments and generate reports for their business partners and medical providers. In addition, a user portal was added for business partners to manage and view their own payments and reports.
This build not only provided a stable and reliable system, but also improved and streamlined the internal team’s workflow and efficiencies.
The Park is an adoption community center based in Colorado. They are a sister company of CCAI, an international adoption agency; whose main focus is to provide post-adoption support and programs for adoptees and their families.
The Park came to us for a website rebuild and redesign that included adding a user portal for community engagement. This project also focused on refining their events workflow with a streamlined approach to registration and signups.

National Storage Affiliates is a Greystone MIT client that utilizes Jira Service Management for all of their client support tickets. They came to our development team for help in automating their process of either sending an email to create a ticket in our ConnectWise system or using Zapier, a third party software which had its own limitations in what could be communicated.
Greystone built a custom integration that allows for a 2-way sync between Jira Service Management tickets and ConnectWise tickets. This connector has improved and streamlined National Storage Affiliates’ ticketing workflow and was built to be dynamic and modular to accommodate for future modifications.
Centennial Water & Sanitation District is a water and wastewater provider serving the Highlands Ranch and Solstice communities in Colorado.
They were in need of an application that their customers could use to schedule meter replacements online to help reduce their team’s high call volume. This application also needed to be easy for Centennial Water to manage multiple Outlook calendars and schedules.
This project focused on building custom features that popular scheduling applications do not offer out-of-the-box.

Community Health Services is a nonprofit health clinic located in Aspen, Colorado. They were referred to Greystone by one of their neighboring partners and a client of ours, Great Expectations, a home visiting agency.
This project focused on redesigning the Community Health Services website as well as improving user experience, through updating the look and feel and refining the site navigation. The new website also ensured accessibility for the clinic’s Spanish speaking patients, with the ability to translate throughout the site and offering Spanish versions of certain resources and materials.

This project focused on building a new website for Trinsic in a way that represents their new brand and vision.
Lawrence County Circuit Clerk’s Office is located in Mount Vernon, Missouri. They were a referral from one of our New Charter sister companies, Stronghold Data.

LifeHealth is a Colorado-based company that provides healthcare services and staffing for employers and government agencies throughout the nation.
Greystone originally built a custom application called Hermes that supported LifeHealth events for both admins and participants.
This project expanded Hermes to become a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the Worksite Wellness department at LifeHealth.
The system is so vast that this project involves multiple phases as each module is built out.

We used to spend 6-7 hours per client physically stuffing and mailing envelopes with screening results and now it takes about 15 minutes to upload results for participants. We were able to increase from 75 clients to over 200 active clients within 6 weeks! The Dumb Friends League, a local nonprofit animal shelter, came to Greystone for assistance in rebuilding their website for Furry Scurry, one of their largest annual fundraising events.

CNEE is a division of Colorado State University focusing on energy and the economy. Greystone has worked with CNEE in the past on other projects, but this one focused on their public website. The website’s goal was to provide information to the public in a clean and updated way. We combined that with some beautiful imagery and aesthetics to give an updated look and feel.
PRV Asset Management came to us under a separate business name, looking to change the name of their business and create a new website. The website is not large, but the final product is exactly what was needed to make the website easy to use, compelling, and professional.
Buffalo Supply wanted a website that would best represent their business goals, vision, and services in order to be used as a resource for communicating and gaining more clientele. The website is informative yet to the point while keeping it visually appealing.
CPFAA is a non-profit organization that host athletics for the police and fire departments across Colorado.
