“One of the things we ran into with previous consultants we hired to do the new website, they didn’t get us. Bayaud is a complex organization and it feels like Scott got who we are as an organization. Yes, he was very prompt and responsive, but what he suggested was so elegant and dynamic – and our organization is dynamic. One of the things we do a lot is pivot; pivoting to meet people’s needs, figure out where funding is that fits our wheelhouse. It wasn’t just that Scott was prompt, he had an elegant way of designing.”
– Sarah McCarthy (Director of Development)
“I have nothing but 10’s across the board to say about working with Brooke and Scott. Scott was always so responsive – “make this look better” and in 1- minutes it would be 100% better and he didn’t flinch when he saw my email asking for more changes, everything looks so great. Scott took all of the info and processed it like no other consultant that we’ve dealt with. It felt like he had been working with Bayaud for years, we didn’t have to explain, he just got it. Made the whole process so much smoother and just pleasant.”

The process with Greystone was so easy and simple, you guys made it so easy, it was a breath of fresh air. We envisioned what the website would be, we told you what we wanted, and you nailed it. We received a beautiful product, so quickly, and our customers love it! This turned on business for us, we’re excited to see what happens once CLI is integrated. Parts of that will change the world for us.”
– Barb Gross (Director of Sales & Customer Care)
“This was an enjoyable experience, which is few and far between in the business world. Working with you guys is pain-free and enjoyable, it’s rare to enjoy interacting with a vendor, and we really did with you. We have a few vendors that we work with that are great, Greystone is one of them. You guys provide top notch service, you should be the example for other companies on how to do a successful integration, that should be one of your selling points. We’ve done other integrations, that have never gone this smoothly and efficiently. Kudos for interpreting what we wanted, we don’t do this every day and we felt like we were a little vague on design, and you hit the nail on the head.”
